
Week One
I made it through week one
I lost 5lbs
walked 61000 steps
I ate all the Jenny Craig food and a shitload of fruits and veggies (pun intended)
I did have 2 itty bitty bites of Kringle and I totally didn't enjoy it.
My energy has increased.
Now the challenge will be to keep up the good work and add more physical activity to the regimen. Oh and Christmas is this week and that will be my first test of my new eating habits. I'll have two days where I won't be eating the food. I should be fine
I find the Jenny Craig food is actually quite tasty. I've eaten more fruit and vegetables in the week as I have in the past year and I'm loving it. Who knew?
I've feel like a caterpillar going into pupae stage. I'm focusing on becoming a hot sexy butterfly instead of a fat juicy grub.
