It's 290lbs
So I start Jenny Craig tomorrow. Don't know what to expect. I know how I am supposed to eat but I just don't which is so not good. I just don't eat often enough and I have one HUGE meal when I get home form work. I don't eat the proper foods either. My nutrition is horrible. I eat very little vegetables and fruit. I am hoping that with the change in diet, I'll have a rosier glow and my fingernails will smooth out.
Tomorrow my friend is loaning me his treadmill. I'm shooting for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes after work. This will be a challenge but I am so game for it. I want everything life has to offer and I won't settle for anything less.

I am taking leaps.
